The Iola Conservation club invites everyone interested in hunting and recreational shooting, archery, and firearms safety, to enroll in a Wisconsin Hunter education course. Classes will cover responsibilities of hunters, firearms safety in the home and afield, knowledge of firearms and hunting equipment, tree stand safety, wildlife identification and management, marksmanship and outdoor skills. The class will be limited to 25 students.
The Iola Conservation club is holding an April Hunter Education class starting on Tuesday, April 6. Below are the dates and times:
April 6 – 6:30-9 p.m., April 8 – 6:30-9 p.m., April 10 – 9 a.m.-2 p.m. (Saturday Class Day), April 13 – 6:30-9 p.m., and April 15 – 6:30-9 p.m. (Testing Day).
Registration will be held Thursday, April 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Iola Conservation Club Grounds, N7721 County Road J. Cost of the class is $10.
