Herbert Evan Myers, 70, of Ogdensburg, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

He was born on Jan. 18, 1955, in Tigerton, Wisconsin, to Robert and Anne (Jones) Myers and was baptized and confirmed at the Iola United Methodist Church. Herb married Ronda (Renly) Myers on Oct. 8, 1999, in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

Herb graduated from Marion High School and was very active in sports. He was employed for many years at the Waupaca Foundry until his retirement. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, shooting pool, snowmobiling, hunting, and spending time in the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda; daughters, Stacy (Nick) Yonker and Julie Myers Doucette; stepson, Eric (Parker); eight grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and one great-grandchild on the way; brother, Glenn (Linda) Myers; and sisters, Roberta Frankow and Connie (Vern) Wendt. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law from Ronda’s family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Anne (Jones) Myers; sisters, Gloria Olson and Kristine Myers Shambeau; infant brother, Robert; and two brothers-in-law, Roger Olson and James Frankow.

The Memorial Service for Herbert will be held on Monday, Aug. 4, 1 p.m. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola with Rev. Dale Wilson officiating. The family will gather and greet friends at the funeral home on Monday, Aug. 4, from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment will be at Iola Riverside Community Cemetery.
