Several online articles give a tip-of-the-hat to Iola’s Glacier Wood Golf Club.

On Jan. 10, GWCC was recognized in the Top 25 friendliest golf courses in the U.S. by GolfPass. It came in at #9 and the article noted, “What they’re saying: ‘Haven’t played G.W. in a few years and the improvements they made were noticeable and nice.’ – golfer review”.

On Jan. 22, GolfPass cited GWCC at #17 for courses that give the golfer a “bang-for-your-buck”. The article indicated, “What they’re saying: ‘The course is beautiful and it was fun to golf.” – golfer review”.

Other articles honored the club with #15 in Top 25 Golf Course Layouts, and #22 in Top 50 U.S. Courses, and #2 in Best Public Golf Courses in Wisconsin.
