The State of Wisconsin is providing residents with a free at-home saliva collection kit.

The kits can be request at https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/covid-19/collection.htm.

Each kit has instructions on how to collect the saliva and how to ship it back via USPS dropbox to the lab. A video call is also available through Vault Medical Services.

The test determines whether you have an active COVID-19 infection.
