The Crystal Café of Iola will be offering menus for Cinco de Mayo (May 5) and Syttende Mail (May 17).

For Cinco de Mayo, the menu will, offer a taco salad loaded with nachos and $1 Margaritas. The day is an annual celebration which commemorates the anniversary of Mexico’s victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. 

On May 15, the Crystal Café will have Norwegian-themed specials: Waffles, potato pancakes, rice pudding, and Schnitzel and much more. Syttende Mai celebrates Norwegian Constitution Day on May 17.
