Advanced Physical Therapy Associates is open for their normal hours. They have enacted new policies per the guidance of our organization to screen new/current patients upon entry into the clinic, asking patients/caregivers that are ill or exhibiting possible signs of infection to reschedule their appointments or to call and cancel their appointments. In addition, they have also enacted policies on how to properly clean and disinfect their clinic above and beyond their current protocols to try to prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus. Employees that leave the state or show signs of possible infection are also being asked to remain home on self-quarantine for 14 days.
Grayhill
We have very little outside traffic coming into Grayhill, but we no longer allow any non-essential visitors in the plant, including salespeople and family.
We are a 24-hour operation and have instituted two blackout periods per day where everyone is out of the plant for a half hour. By doing so, we have divided our group roughly in half and 1st shift will not come into contact with 2nd-3rd shift.
We have restricted face-to-face meetings and instead use GoToMeeting. It’s a bit odd having an online conversation with four other people, all within a tiny plant.
A couple of us are able to work from home and we will be alternating weeks at home. We are wiping down all community surfaces (fridge door, handles, knobs, bathrooms, etc.) twice per shift and are having associates wipe down their work areas as well.
