Clifford Mishler, who worked with Chet Krause to develop the initial years of the Iola Old Car Show, has been an advisor, ‘default director’, and since his retirement an ex-officio board member of the event.
Old Cars Weekly recently published a retrospective with Mishler about the show, which evolved out of the annual Iola Lions chicken roast for the 4th of July holiday.
