The communitywide Christmas tree pickup will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8.

Trees should be curbside by 8 a.m.

Old dry Christmas trees can be a fire hazard, so this collection can be an easy and convenient way to dispose of your natural fir tree.

The service is provided by members of the Iola Fire and Ambulance.
