The 14th Annual Chain O’ Lakes Blues Festival will return Friday and Saturday, Oct. 3–4, at the historic Indian Crossing Casino (ICC Waterfront Bar & Restaurant), where blues fans from across the Midwest will gather to celebrate two nights of live music, food, and community along the scenic shores of the Chain O’ Lakes.

The sounds of soul, rhythm, and blues will fill the autumn air when the 14th Annual Chain O’ Lakes Blues Festival takes over the Indian Crossing Casino in Waupaca this October. The waterfront venue, which has been a musical landmark since 1925, will once again provide the stage for a lineup of talented blues musicians, continuing a tradition that has drawn thousands of fans over the years.

Built a century ago, the Indian Crossing Casino has welcomed legendary acts such as Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, and the Beach Boys. In 2025, it will set the scene for an equally unforgettable weekend, where attendees will enjoy not only the music but also the atmosphere of one of Wisconsin’s most picturesque waterfront destinations.

The festival will kick off on Friday, Oct. 3, with performances from Lil Davy Max (7–8:30 p.m.) and The Blue Notes featuring Jay Stulo (9–10:30 p.m.). On Saturday, Oct. 4, the stage will feature a full day of music beginning with The Rex Carroll Band (3–4:30 p.m.), followed by Mama Ginger and The Red Hots (5–6:30 p.m.), The Blues Disciples (7–8:30 p.m.), and headliners Altered Five Blues Band (9–10:30 p.m.).

Tickets will be available in advance and at the door. Friday admission will cost $25 in advance or $30 at the door, while Saturday tickets will be $30 in advance or $35 at the door. For those seeking the best deal, a weekend pass will be offered for $35 in advance or $40 at the door. Advance tickets will be sold online at www.ChainOLakesBluesFestival.com, by phone at 715-258-7343, or in person at the Waupaca Area Chamber office. Online sales will close at noon on Oct. 3, with all tickets available for pickup at Will Call.

Festival organizers will provide seating, and food service will be available on-site. The event will remain open exclusively to guests ages 21 and older, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for adults to enjoy live blues in a lakeside setting.

With its storied past, breathtaking location, and strong lineup of performers, the Chain O’ Lakes Blues Festival will continue to stand as one of Wisconsin’s most beloved music traditions, offering a weekend of rhythm, soul, and community spirit that will resonate long after the final note.
