Iola Historical Society to meet Feb. 27

The Iola Historical Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 27, in the Machine Shed on Depot Street. The board meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. The membership meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The program, which starts at 7 p.m., is part two of a short history of Ogdensburg by “Lefty” Clumpner.

Chili luncheon fundraiser Feb. 26

A chili luncheon fundraiser for the Friends of Scandinavia History (FOSH) will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26, at Silver Lake Lanes from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. A basket raffle will also be part of the event.
