Bank First lobby to reopen June 8

8:30-9:30 a.m. is designated for customers considered At Risk/Elderly

As we enter into this next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to announce our lobbies will be re-opening on Monday, June 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (lobbies will be closed on Saturdays). Important note: the lobbies at our new Tomah location (W. Veterans Street) and our Waupaca location will remain appointment only. These two locations are in the beginning stages of major remodeling projects; therefore, their lobbies will remain open by appointment only until renovations are complete. The drive-through at all locations will continue to operate under its usual hours.

Customer and employee safety is our top priority as we move forward. While we may operate a little differently to protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, I am pleased to be making steps toward re-opening our locations fully and welcoming you back to our lobbies. We have implemented a number of measures to ensure your safety during your next visit, including:

  • The first hour, 8:30-9:30 a.m., is designated for customers considered At Risk/Elderly.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at each entry point as well as the check writing stations.
  • Face masks are highly encouraged, we have extras available should you need one.
  • Lobby occupancy is monitored at each location and there are markings on the floor to ensure proper distancing.
  • Safety shields are at the teller and customer service stations.
  • Enhanced, frequent cleaning measures by our staff.

Additionally, we ask that hats, hoods or sunglasses not be worn when entering the bank. Customers wearing masks may be asked to briefly lower their face covering for identification purposes while following appropriate safety measures.
