Parents of active military personnel may qualify for the Blue Star Banner, according to Lyle Mork of Iola-Scandinavia’s American Legion Sheveland-Taylor Post 14.

The person may be serving stateside or overseas in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, or National Guard.
