Graduates of Iola-Scandinavia schools who have celebrated their 50th class reunion milestone will gather for a special joint reunion event on Saturday, July 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Iola Historical Society grounds. The Hilltoppers/Thunderbirds Joint Class Reunion, which was first organized in 2006 and continues biennially, will feature a full program of socializing, dining, and historical appreciation, marking the first time the event will be hosted at this historic location.

This year’s reunion will welcome all alumni who graduated through the class of 1975. A social hour will kick off the gathering at 10 a.m., followed by a noon dinner inside the Iola Historical Society’s Machine Shed. The event’s setting will offer a unique opportunity for attendees to not only reconnect with classmates but also explore Iola’s rich past through the Society’s exhibits and displays.

Alumni planning to attend must register by June 30. Invitations were sent to known graduates, but organizers encourage anyone who did not receive one to reach out. Prospective attendees should submit names (including maiden names), class year, contact information, and $30 per person (or $35 at the door) to the Hilltopper/Thunderbird Alumni Association at 765 County Road G, Scandinavia, WI 54977.
