Local businesses have been challenged finding employees. But recently Sliced Pizza Co. in Scandinavia posted the following to its Facebook Page.

Thankfully the Car show doesn’t bring us crazy floods of people BUT being short staffed still is rough on our crew.

The last couple weeks my team has heard me stress about staffing issues. I am so thankful for the wonderful team I have since our opening {4 years ago this week} but that’s coming to a quick end. They have grown up and are moving on to college + life!

I’m also aware of this problem not just industry wide but EVERYWHERE! It’s hard to think that the possibility of having to completely change how we operate, limit our hours or close completely temporary because of lack of employees – not other failures – is heartbreaking.

I feel like a broken record but——
